DUEL & DICE

Why buy from us.

Six real reasons. Not marketing points.

1. This is a real, physical store.

We are open Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 4821 Lansing Ave in Jackson, MI. You can walk in, see product on the shelf, ask questions, and buy from a person. When something goes wrong with your order, that person is who you talk to.

2. Verified genuine product.

Sealed product comes from two places: authorized distributors, and customers who bring their own sealed in to sell to us. Everything is checked for authenticity and condition before it goes on the shelf. No repackaged product. If a seal is broken or a box has damage, we say so before you buy.

3. Cards inspected before they ship.

Every single is inspected and condition-graded to standard before it goes in the shipment. If something arrives not as described, we refund or replace it. Not "review your case." Refund or replace.

4. Faster shipping if you are in the Midwest.

We ship from Jackson, MI. Compared to warehouses on the coasts, that is one to two fewer days in transit for anyone in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

5. We buy the cards back.

Done with a card? Bring it back. Cash today or store credit that pays more. Actual published buy rates on the sell-cards page. Most online retailers do not buy back at all.

6. Staff plays the games.

The people you talk to on chat or in the store actually play the games. If you ask "what deck should I build" or "what set has the cards I need," you get an actual answer from someone who has played the format, not a script.
